Do you accept Insurance?
While many of our clients pay privately, we also accept the majority of long-term care insurance policies. Additionally, we are now approved with the VA to provide benefits to our amazing Veterans!
How are services billed?
Our services are billed hourly, and we invoice on a bi-weekly basis. We accept automated ACH and credit card payments, as well as payment by check.
Do you offer an online Care Management portal?
As we provide care, families need to stay informed and connected. Our Care Management Portal is a web platform that empowers clients and their families to track our care relationship.
Care Calendar - Clients and their families can view both historical and upcoming visits, reviewing important visit information such as care notes, ADLs to be performed, care plans, and more.
Billing Report - Clients and their families can review billing transactions for shifts including the service performed, caregiver, date, start and end times, as well as charges such as mileage, expenses and overtime, etc
Pay electronically - Clients and their families can set up auto-pay, or login and split a bill online, or view past invoices and update payment information, keeping the billing process easy and stress free.
